Deceptive service scheduling. I was told when I scheduled my vehicle that I could drop it off on Monday and it would be looked at first thing Wednesday morning. This ended up being patently unture. Complete lack of communication from the service advisors. Vehicle was dropped off at the dealership over a week ago (1/9) and I have received no communication at all from the dealership. I just purchased a 2004 Toyota Highlander from Autoright motors in Bothell. They were very helpful and professional. Conor worked very hard to find me a loan. Got a good deal with a good interest rate. Hats off to Conor and the whole team, who all worked together on my deal. I would definitely recommend them highly, and will think of them first, next time I buy a car.??

I just recently bought a car and so far so good. The sales team was great and had no objections to me taking it to my own mechanic to check out.

Stay away. Signed a contract to buy a car. The next day, I came in (after calling) and they told me they had already sold the car. If you knew you where going to sell the car, why make me sign a contract and why not tell me when I call? Obviously this place knew they were selling the car to someone else but they messed with me to try and get my financing through their company. DO NOT TRUST these guys. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Very unethical. Bad way to run a business.

Positive experience. Recently bought a 2010 Rav4. You'll never get out of a dealer with an amazing deal, but I got a fair price. I had the vehicle checked out, and it passed with no issues, so they seem to carry decent cars. Easy to deal with, and there wasn't any pressure. I had my own finances, so I haven't dealt with them for that. Over all, a decent experience. Decent vehicle, and a fair price.
