I took my vehicle to autoram and it was misdiagnosed. The repairs I was told was wrong with it was not what was wrong with it. Then I take it to another repair shop because it continued to have the same issues. I was told that what I payed for to be fixed was not even fixed. This is after I payed a few hundred dollars and wasted allot of time. This man(whom I will not mention his name) takes advantage of women that no nothing of auto repair. This place is a disgrace and I will warn everyone of his scams.
If you want quality repairs completed in a timely manner, this is the place for you. I had a minor accident which caused bumper damage to the car I hit. The car was dropped off for a bumper replacement on Thursday afternoon and was ready for pickup first thing on Saturday morning. I’m impressed and so is the gentleman that I hit. The owner of Autorama, Paul is an incredibly nice guy and he took great care of us!

Paul and his guys have been taking care of our cars and my parents cars for 30+ years. The same guys have been working for Paul for a very long time and they not only know what they are doing, but they get things done right the first time, in a short period of time. They are problem solvers and perfectionists. Recently I took my car to them after the dealer told me I'd need to pay $180 to first diagnose my steering problem.
