Not recommended! – They talk a good friendly line but are either inept or cheats...not sure which. I took my car in for an oil leak, 5 visits and over $4000 in repairs, (some not related) the oil leak remains! BUT NOW THEY SAY THEY KNOW WHERE THE LEAK IS! Not on my dollar!

AUTO PRO DEVESTATED OUR CAR AND TO DATE DID NOTHING ABOUT – The oil pump went out on our Ford Explorer while driving on I-5. Since I did not know the extent of damage done to the engine due to lack of oil, I decided to replace the engine. I contacted Auto Pro through an ad on the internet and recieved a estimate for a rebuilt engine. This extimate was for $3,150.00 and 7 days to complete the work. 5 weeks and $4,741.50 the car was supposedly finished. Bought a new engine (well they told me the engine had 20,000- 30,000 miles or under), this makes me wonder with looking at the other review on here. I replaced the engine. They didn't do some work, under the engine, that should have been done at the same time. They told me that they would have to repull my engine and then charge me another 13 hours of labor. I called the dealership and they told me 9-10 HRS. They are rude and will not even just charge cost for the labor! What a joke. BEWARE Oh yeah, good luck getting a phone... read more

Very honest shop. Highly recommend – Took my car to a shop because of what I thought was a head gasket with a estimate of $2000 after taking it to AutoPro for a second opinion come to find out it was a thermostat and they were able to fix it for $100. They earned a loyal customer for life

Three and a half motor replacment, only to break down after warranty – I took my 98 VW Passat in for a radiator job and it turned out i needed a 'new engin'. So I let them do it. I was quoted 2 weeks and $3000. 6 weeks later they moved it from the seattle store to the renton store, where it took almost 2 more months and a grand total of $4200. After the one month warranty ran out the motor broke down again. Now I am stuck with a $4000 loan and no car to drive. The shop owner is not dependable and the shop manager lies.

Reliable Auto Shop – These guys did a very thorough job on a bumper to bumper on my newly purchased used car. They gave all the recommendations (and good news) w/out charging exhorbitant prices! Courteous and on time! I like supporting the smaller businesses versus the large auto dealerships.
