I have been going to Noch since 80's
On May 19th of 2024, I called the Auto Pro store in Haverstraw, NY and I was searching for a fastener bolt for my vehicle and the dude who answered the phone was rude. He kept saying over and over, "we don't carry that" and he didn't even check. I tried to provide him with my vehicles info to make things easier for both of us but no success be he kept repeating himself. I was doing work on my vehicle and needed this part, urgently. If I could give a no star review I would. The worst I've ever seen! Lazy, unprofessional, with a lackluster that they should be ashamed of.
