Car needed an airbag clock spring. They said they 'd fix it. Instead gave me the wrong part for MY mechanic to install. So now, I'm paying $300 for the right part and labor. Have your mechanic look over ANYTHING you're considering first.
I found that Autoport had a used 2013 Toyota Highlander that interested me due to being hybrid, well priced, and fit my families needs. Id highly recommend having your vehicle looked at by your own mechanic before finalizing a purchase my wife purchased a 2015 kia Sedona and not even 3 months later the head gasket blow I call to see what they could do for me and they said they could source me to their people for 2k and work is guaranteed for only 60 days my dad and father in law said they sold us a lemon. I did however buy a van from them before this one with no issues so be careful.. Now we're stuck with a payment and no running vehicle.
Bought a 335i off of them with warranty, engine seized 3 days after, the people at Autoport kept telling me they would get me a new engine lied multiple times, as soon as they did get the engine they said I had tuned the car and they have proof, I had left a Thor tuner in the car that was not used yet because I barley even had the car, now they don’t answer my calls after I’m trying to get the deal unwinded, they tell me there manager will call over text but then never call, I always have to reach out I just want unwinded fr... read more
