Terrible experience with their customer service. Started a policy with Monique and paid for the service agreement. Monique reaches out days later to inform me that Carfax shows a different mileage and I would have to send in a photo of my odometer to verify mileage. I send the picture to verify my odometer info as requested. Monique then reaches out and tells me they will have to cancel my coverage because the information did not match Carfax. Probably not the worst but I’ll look elsewhere next time for extended warranty. My vehicle needed a new a/c condenser so I took it to a GM dealership. I was only expecting to pay the $100 deductible like I was told when selling me the warranty. Dealership called me after they talked to the warranty company and said I still had to pay a big lump sum out of pocket. I ended up having to pay MORE than the warranty company did. do not buy anything from this company, just ask your local repair shop or any car dealer instead trusting these peoples, most likely you will not be cover and most shop dont want to deal with extended warranty
