I am updating my review after 1 year as i discovered they sold me one of the add on of ETCHING during the purchase by stating that it is mandatory to get loan approval from national bank. Beware of such statements. If they claim certain things please ask them to give them in writing that it is mandatory.

I had a very disappointing experience with Finance Manager Prabhjeet Dhaliwal. She was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy in her communication. Instead of properly explaining financing options, she told us that if we wanted a lower interest rate, we would have to purchase their “premium services.” This is not only misleading but feels like a pressure tactic.
Very friendly, Nitesh and Rhaul were wonderful to work with. Patient and good sense of humor. This was our second vehicle from them.
