I arranged a test drive only to find out the car was sold (bait and switch). They had two different people immediately grill me about when i was going to buy and how much i was going to spend. Had bad experience with NANDITA there, I met with an accident and my car was hit badly which led to total loss, I visited very next day personally so that my gap can be escalated asap, met with NANDITA, instead of focusing on my gap insurance she was focused on if i want to purchase new car and on top of that I had to wait almost 2 months for follow up and got to know my refund wasn't filed at first place. I recently purchased a car from Autoplanet and initially experienced some issues with my Audi A4.
