They were super nice and helpful when I bought my car, however I now cannot get a hold of them and my temp tag is expired. I haven’t heard anything from them about my permanent tags, and part of the fees I paid to get my car was the fees for the tags.
Vehicle is fine other than evap code the showed up on the way home after purchase. Indicating that someone most likely just cleared the code before sale. Staff was friendly and really helped with the sale. However, I have yet to receive my title. I called a week before my temporary tags were expired and was informed they had it and would be sending it out that week. Sean and Jay were so incredibly helpful when my family bought a family van at Auto Planet. Everyone that we worked with has been amazing and so nice. Sean was incredibly accommodating. We will be back!
