I asked for an appraisal on my trade-in and they agreed to my bottom line but then indicated plus tax. I asked what that meant and they indicated that I had to pay tax on the total purchase price of the vehicle, And then my trade in value would be deducted from the total price. I said I only have to pay tax on the difference between my trade in value and the price of their vehicle as I have already paid the tax on my vehicle when I bought it. This dealship made me cry!! I am very disappointed with this dealership. They actually made me cry. I’m not going to lie — the Lexus they sold me was nicer than others I saw in the market, but because of the way I was treated, I wanted to cancel the car altogether. I bought them a 2020 Corvette Stingray at the end of January and couldn’t be happier about it. The process was really simple and I was able to pick it up next weekend after signing the papers. Frank was always really responsive to my calls and emails. I have been using it for a few months and I haven’t had any issues at all. Just pure V8 enjoyment
