First off, I want to state that I have had a membership with Autopia for over 2 years now, and I am fed up. I get my car "detailed" here about once every 2 weeks. I always tip, and I'm always polite and appreciative. That being said, the service here has really gone downhill. I brought my car in for a detail Saturday September 6th. These folks are great. They are one of the few car wash places that go the extra steps to make your vehicle look amazing.
Don't waste your money or time on this place. Not only is the wash terrible and water spots left all over.. their equipment damaged my tire and rim!!!
No one behind counter, squeegees all dry with trash in them, least expensive wash was $48, yikes!
Went in for a detailed interior cleaning and it looked like it was dirtied even more. I don’t know what happened to my interior roof, but when I got back in after the cleaning, it appeared to have been splattered by dirty water. (It’s a light color, but all of a sudden had grey splatters everywhere.) I was told not to remove some things because they can put in a bag for me.
