They do a great job and quick
I had heard great things about this place, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. For example, there was still trash inside the car—they didn’t even throw it away. They also could have cleaned the side panels much better. There were still coffee stains and scuff marks left behind. They chipped a large section of paint off my vehicle. The staff working that day were professional, and acknowledged the damage and assured me the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, my experience with management was the exact opposite. Management are more interested in shifting blame than resolving the damage. For a company that claims to operate with honesty and do the right thing, they accused me of having an after market paint job instead of standing behind their customers. My first visit in march was good. Location is convenient. After my second visit, I had to return the next day due to "residue" that I didn't see until the next morning. First he said "it looks like sun damage" ... ( i was confident it was dark overnight.) It was now lunch time. He got a cloth and buffed it out. (the opposite side panel was fine btw) Ok good, I left, but now doubting if I'll try them for a 3rd visit.
First off, I want to state that I have had a membership with Autopia for over 2 years now, and I am fed up. I get my car "detailed" here about once every 2 weeks. I always tip, and I'm always polite and appreciative. That being said, the service here has really gone downhill. I brought my car in for a detail Saturday September 6th.
