Really happy with the service from Autopart Replacements. They helped me out with a transmission issue on my Hyundai ix35 and were just genuinely nice and easy to deal with. I didn’t feel ripped off or pushed into anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They explained everything in a way I could understand and got it sorted without any hassle. I had an issue with my car that went undiagnosed by the dealer for three years. When it was finally identified (after I pushed for it), I was quoted a ridiculous amount to replace both front wheel bearings. That sent me looking elsewhere, which is how I found Perry and the team at APR. Perry is the guy for any of your needs, he goes up and beyond my expectations. He fixed my merc even with the limited stock for my cars parts, he drove and got the part and did it all within 3 days . Everyone else told me I would be without a car for over a week and a half minimum. The cost was extremely responsible for the parts and labour and didn’t try push me to fix the whole car even though it needs to be. Will be back mate
Absolutely terrible experience. The mechanic was extremely rude and disrespectful, with a completely unprofessional attitude towards customers. It felt like they had no idea how to speak to people properly. Instead of helping, they were dismissive and arrogant, which made the whole situation frustrating and uncomfortable. No customer should be treated this way. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. If you value basic respect and professionalism, stay away.
