Customer service is horrible . Nobody greet any of the customer and majority of staff is line up smoking behind the building and is the reason why there’s no staff in the front
Every time I call and speak with Ernie Not only is he extremely rude and arrogant he rushes you and he doesn’t even listen and then he can’t even seem to get parts right and doesn’t even know what he’s talking about assuming that he knows what’s going to come out of your mouth I did not know he was a psychic he gets too smart when he answers the phone I’m prone to hang up because he makes me not want to come to this business at all I wish my job did not do business with them sometimes all because of Ernie
