Commercial sales only. That said, the employees were extremely helpful.
I bought rear rotors for my minivan here but after 1 year they got warped so I called them and told them if it's possible to replace them with new ones , mind you they were still under warranty, I didn't have my receipt so they said no they will not honor it. I ask the guy to look for the purchase in his computer and I refused saying that if a don't have the recept there is nothing he can do and I have to buy new ones. Terrible experience, never going there again. I will stick with Napa auto parts.
