Nick Basile is the best service technician! I have been coming to this location for about a year now after switching dealerships in the triangle and he has been nothing but honest and helpful with me whenever I take my CRV in. He shoots it straight, helps you understand exactly what’s being done or needs to be done in order to make your car last! Thank you so much Nick and I will be back to see you hopefully not soon but for future services! 🤣
I love the cleanest of it. The atmosphere was very presentable. The staff was very kind and polite Everyone seemed, to be in a Happy Spirit. The series was very quick.
Dropped by Autopark Honda during a roadtrip from Annapolis to Florida in our 2016 Pilot. We were receiving a check transmission indicator. Our service advisor, Nick Kilgore, theorized this was a fuel injection recall issue which they could address but it would take a day to get the part. Having said that he added it wasn’t serious and we could probably make it to Florida Thanks Nick!
