Was very skeptical purchasing extended warranty about 3 years ago. Last week my transmission went on my Hyundai. Process was smooth. It did take about a 3 days for it to get approved. Understandable because it was a big claim. They verified my maintenance. Hannah and Alex were amazing with keeping me updated. Overall would definitely recommend autopaire over any other warranty company.
Been more than a week, still didn’t approve my claim, even after providing all the maintenance reports and diagnostics reports they are trying to find a way around instead of dealing with the problem asap.
Did the best the could. I really appreciate Shawn and Alex trying their best to fix the problem for my car.

Good choice to always have a warranty. This one has saved me twice now. While sometimes it has been slow and service hasnt always been friendly, it has indeed saved me money. After the second claim I have again had to go through an awful claims system yet again. Have submitted the same claim 3 times and no response this is being very patient.
