Good choice to always have a warranty. This one has saved me twice now. While sometimes it has been slow and service hasnt always been friendly, it has indeed saved me money. After the second claim I have again had to go through an awful claims system yet again. Have submitted the same claim 3 times and no response this is being very patient. The car took over 2 weeks to repair and the estimates were sent in by the shop when they diagnosed it... no response. I submitted a chaim as well now 3 times and have waited a total of ... read more

My 4 year works plus coverage has just ended. I’ve had three major claims, each one over $4,000. One thing I appreciate is that they don’t just blindly pay out every claim. They do their due diligence, and ask for maintenance records and have the shop do proper diagnostics to ensure everything is legitimate. This can be dragged on but for major repairs it makes sense. I would look elsewhere (I’ve had better experiences with other extended warranty companies)….calls often not returned on time when promised, ask what shop rate they pay out beforehand as they selected an arbitrary shop rate when I made my first claim so I was left paying about 1/3 of my claim costs out of pocket. I had a second claim that took several months to resolve (not all their fault but they didn’t make it easy as once again calls were not returned in a timely manner and the delays forced me to rent a vehicle much lon... read more

Stay away from this company. I'd give them a zero star rating but that's not avaiable. The process for submitting a claim is horrible. They say it takes 12 hours to get a reply for your claim, but mine took 12 days and you need authorizing from them before the repair. The online submissioin form did not work and they claimed my email got lost in their junk folder. Worst expereince ever. Will never use them again, the manager was rude and didn't care.
