My claim has been pending for almost 3 months, and I’ve already paid $2,500 out of pocket for repairs. Customer service has not been able to help—emails go unanswered, and I’m repeatedly told the adjuster isn’t responding. I was also told a month ago that my steering shaft had been ordered, but I still have no tracking number or update. This is extremely frustrating. I need someone to take ownership of my claim and provide a clear update immediately.
Had this warranty for 2 years. Finally needed to make a claim. Its been over a month and daily phone calls to them and still nothing. They say theyll review within 24-48 hours but im going 1 month since my claim and over 3 weeks since I sent them all my maintenance records. My cars still in the shop with my mechanic who is charging me daily for that. Super frustrating they say theyll review and reply today, everyday. I would not recommend Autopair based on my experience. We purchased their warranty expecting it to provide peace of mind if a major repair came up. Unfortunately, when we actually needed to use it for our vehicle, the experience was frustrating from beginning to end. Our vehicle developed transmission problems and was taken to a reputable transmission shop.
