I spent some time comparing extended car warranty companies in Canada before choosing Autopair for my used vehicle. What sold me was the straightforward coverage and pricing. About a later I had a repair that ended up being covered, and the claims process was surprisingly easy. My mechanic dealt directly with Autopair, I was kept in the loop, and the repair was done within 2 days. If you’re researching extended warranties for a used car and looking for warranty coverage, they’re definitely worth it.
I am a service advisor at a dealership. I do no own this warranty and would frankly never recommend anyone purchase it. Dealing with getting claims covered has been like pulling teeth. I can't imagine how a company like this stays in business if this is how they operate. Shawn is my rep and we just made our first claim with autopair. Shawn is great to deal with. As soon as they got the invoice of the repair bill on my wife’s car they e-transfered the money within hours to cover the invoice. Wasn’t sure at first but they did what they said. When my cars factory warranty is up I will get this on that car as well.
Saved me $1500 compared to the dealership. Claims was smooth and I am satisfied. Hannah and Alex were amazing.
