Had a tech support issue with a product Michael helped me get this issue resolved..
I have reached out to your tech support team multiple times to report the issues I have been facing, and each time I have been given the run-around. I have been told that they are looking into the problem and have been pushed around from one representative to another without any resolution. To make matters worse, these issues persisted even after the warranty period ended. I was then informed that the audio card of the product had failed and I was refused a replacement or repair.
