First time writing a negative review but definitely feel it is warranted. Background story was I reached out to David @ AutoNCustom on a Monday about having ClearPlex windshield protection film placed on my 2016 Challenger SRT 392. David was courteous enough to answer all of my questions spending nearly 20+ minutes w/ me on the phone and assuring me that he could apply the film to my windshield. I had XPEL PPF full frontal package, XPEL XR window tint, and dash cam installed for my BMW recently. After researching quite a bit about which protection film to put on for my vehicle, it became clear to me that XPEL was the highest rated in the industry. This guy won't do what he says he will do, ever. He won't call back with quotes, won't reply to emails. I went to his shop at the day and time of the appointment and he wasn't ready. I wasted 3 entire days dealing with these people
