The sales team at AutoNation were personable and friendly. They were willing to explain concerns in terms that I could understand. The selection and pricing were great. Great doing business
One of the sellers had bad attitude with me and he didn’t allow me to test drive the car that I was looking because I needed to buy it first and that’s not how you make business. And told me to not come back to the place.
Bottom line up front: easy purchase process, no haggle, easy registration process. I would purchase here again. I found the vehicle I was interested in purchasing at this lot after looking for a very long time. Very few dealers in the Hampton roads area had a first generation Hyundai Azera in good condition. The day I saw it listed on Gar Gurus, I purchased it from AutoNation VA.
