I have been a wholesale customer for 10 years, now I understand that any purchase with a credit card will be charged a 2% fee, which is applied to service and parts. Seems strange that when I buy a part online through auto nation. There is no fee charged (lower prices by 10%, but shipping is charged as they don't have a local pick up option). If checks are not accepted then Ill move my business to parker Toyota for wholesale parts. why not just raise your prices by 2% ??? than nickeling people.
Absolutely the worst parts department in America. Doesn't matter what make or model. Tells you parts are in and ready to go then you go to pick them up and suddenly no parts. Four days later still no part. Nobody returns phone calls or anything. Pathetic!
