Service advisor was very courteous...
Routine service was performed. Scheduled it for 10am and was promptly seen on time. I was provided a courtesy car that was of the same model as our XC90. Very pleased all around.
The service experience was exceptional. The service advisor Cheyenne could deliver the car back on time despite me being late for the appointment. Very satisfied with the handling of the entire service. Infact the last two service (the latest and previous one) was well handled, unlike prior to that. Keep doing the great job.
