The staff clearly took their time and paid close attention to every detail, leaving me feeling very confident in their assessment. Beyond their professionalism, every single member of the team was incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and a smile.
The dealership and the people at AutoNation San Jose are terrific. My wife loves her new Volvo CX 60. Me, I’m a little disappointed. The charging time is very slow but even more infuriating for someone who spent 40 years in Silicon Valley is the instability of the software. In a little over six weeks the cameras have failed and required a software upgrade. Then earlier this week the audio system failed in such a way that the indicator sound was off. Nice facility. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. I waiting for the service at their lounge, having a cup of good coffee. (They offered a ride home if needed). The repair/upgrade was completed on time, and they washed the car as well. Happy customer.
Have been doing service at this location for many years and really enjoy the service provided there. Every time, the service advisor listens to my concerns and always provide useful recommendations. And provide good quality service. I enjoy the visiting and do recommend this service site to other Volvo owners.
