Horrible human beings taking advantage of people as much as they can. The service department is horrid, and nothing is done to fix any of the problems. I beg you to please go elsewhere!!
Bad service. They don't answer the phones, can't transfer calls, and WILL NEVER call you back. I asked some questions regarding my car and why it was having issues only 2 weeks after buying it, and they got an attitude and probably suspected I was trying to get a free fix, when really, I am just wanting simple answers to simple questions. They claimed they had informed me of a problem with the ECS in the car, when all they had ever done before was change the battery.
