They are deplorable! They owed me under $500 and ignored each & every request! SIX months later, once they were given the message my Attorney was getting involved, in 15 MINUTES they had an account manager (a decent good person) phoned me. He had a 6 month problem solved in 30 minutes!!!!I was suppose to get a second key to this vehicle. In mid-August, I took my car to **** in Marietta for a recall service. During the visit, they quoted various repairs that hadnt been noted in an inspection just ***** miles earlier, despite no check engine light or prior issues. Afterwards I noticed a scraping sound on the right side and popping noises. It turned out the plastic cover wasnt bolted back on /scraping the tire. Buyer beware. I purchased a used truck with this dealership. I was happy with everything until we made the deal. I put a deposit on a credit card and was told it would be refunded right away once the financing was received. They received the check from the bank on Friday, I picked up the truck on Saturday and was told I would be refunded no later then the following Thursday. now over a week later i still have not been refunded and was told it will take another week. Sneaky and dishonest. I bought a car from this place in June. I have tried several time to get my navigation updated, which came with a 2021 version. I was told during the sales process that the dealer would do the upgrade. When I brought it in the told me it would be $150 for the upgrade. For a NEW car. The sales department is sneaky and the service depart ent is dishonest.
Bait and switch. The Jim Ellis *** in Kennesaw has on its website *** EV9 for $3900 $129 a month for 24 months ***** miles a year. I went on Saturday to lease one they kept me in there for more than 2 hours pulled my credit etc only to tell me it was a glitch on the website and they can give me $11k down $450 a month. I felt like I was fooled on their website and it should be illegal for them to bait and switch customer.
Just replaced my 2018 ****** with a brand new 2024 Tiguan! I had the pleasure of working with *****. He is so knowledgeable and patient and enthusiastic! ***** makes the process easy! Muller Auto group is topnotch! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!
This company is a scam. Bought a new $70,000 car in December and told 10 months later I need an entire new set of tiers for $1,500. When I asked why tires would be needed so quickly they stated it is a known issue with the Q5e due to the weight of the vehicle. I called Audi and they told me that they contacted Jack Daniels on my behalf and was told by them that I go off-roading in my car which is why they wore out- LOL. Who takes a $70,000 Q5e off-roading. This business is a complete scam. Buyer beware.
