By far the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years buying new and used cars. My wife and I purchased a brand new 2024 Atlas SE with technology(still had the plastic on it) from Volkswagen of New Port Richey in September of 2024 from salesman **** ****** and sale manager Hunter. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle we tried to autostart and it said "battery too low". When I went into this dealership to purchase a vehicle with the base price listed as $20,500. I asked for the out the door price, I was given a breakdown with the total cost coming to ~23k. The base price of this vehicle had risen to ~22k. When I inquired why the price was higher the salesman asked me where I got the original price. I tried to locate the vehicle on the dealerships website, I noted they removed the vehicle from the website. My wife purchased a 2024 VW atlas and we have had nothing but issues with it since she bought it. Dashboard screen was malfunctioning and we brought it in to get repaired 3 times. They told us there was nothing they could do until the software update was released. They arent sure when it will be released and they aren't quarantining it will even fix the issue. They are doing nothing for us for all the issues we are having. My wife is paying alot of money per month for a car no where near worth it.

The worst service ever, I got my tires changed two years ago never check and now I need my wheel lock key and is gone. Also, when I picked it up the Range Rover was dead the dealer jump started it and I left home, a few days later the Range Rover didn't start because it wasn't good when they did a full check point including the battery and everything was green, not even yellow.
