AFTER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE 2016 I AM FINALLY DONE WITH THEM. MY TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT GO PAST FIRST GEAR, I DROVE THE CARE THERE AND AGREED TO PAY $455.00 FOR THEM TO TELL ME THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG. NOT TO FIX IT BUT TO TELL ME SOMETHING IS WRONG. THEY SAID MY CAR WAS BANGING WHEN YOU PUT IT IN REVERSE AND THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. THIS IS NOT TRUE, I FINALLY HAD IT TOWED TO A TRANSMISSION PLACE AND AM HAVING THE WORK DONE. I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan last year .I have to bring the car every few months to a mechanic .My engine light went on last year in summer and the engine was failing I changed something with the ******** cost me 1500$. After a week that I had to change the sensors somewhere around 600$ .Now I have to change the break pads caliper and rotor for 1600$. Who knows whats gonna come up later in a month or so .Almost everything in this car has to be changed or repaired . Passenger doors wont lock and the tailgate wouldnt open... read more

Worse service I’ve ever seen in my life very unreliable sold me a truck with a bunch of issues and now they are dragging there *** to fix it pretty sad right full of lies I’d never go back there

This dealer was horrible with the paperwork when o got a used vehicle there in March. They put the wrong make and model on all the paperwork and I didn't notice until next day and went back up there to fixand they refused. They would not respond to any phone calls or email. They simply said this is how it appears in our system and since the *** was correct it was ok. This is wrong and they treated me like I was the bad guy when I wanted it fixed! This dealership is horrible. I sold my car to them recently. The car was fully paid off but I did not have yet have the title. I was promised that they would take the car and have a check waiting for me when I received the title. Two full days post transaction I returned to the dealership with the title in hand to pick up my check. I noticed when I arrived they had my vehicle at the front of their dealership with stickers for sale. To my disappointment they did not have my check and did not have a good reason why. I have taken my 2009 Volkswagen Touareg 2 several times for recalls on my car and I am always having to take it in to have the same things fixed time and time again. I called today to bring my car in again for the same recall it's been in to be fixed numerous times and I was told that they wouldn't have a loaner for over two months and my car has a severe gas leak .... At a very dangerous level now ...... When will they ever find somebody who knows wat their doing to make sure our cars get fixed properly....

What a rip off it doesn't take 2 hours to program a key I have endurance and they paid for 1 hour they said it takes 2 hours and charged me 165$

HATE the service department at Marin Volkswagon. I have purchased 3 different cars from them, but will never be going back! The service department is horrible!!!! I have a 2015 Golf Wagon TDI that I love. I just took it in to Marin VW for it's ****** mile service at just under the 70k mile ***** They had the car the whole day, 8:00 appt., (major pain!) and it was not cheap!
