****************** including manager is absolutely awful. On my 2019 Golf Alltrack the service light in the dashboard indicted that I needed to schedule a maintenance service. The last service was performed on August 29th 2022. It was a 30K service @ ****** miles. I scheduled on Thursday 8/3 and was happy to get an appointment the next day at 7:30 am. Specifically their Service and Parts Dept. Firstly, The Service Dept Mgr and the Parts Dept Mgr are Brothers-in-law, so if you have an issue with one, you have an issue with both.
