Since the dealership refuses to call me back I guess I will start here, head over to ****** reviews and then a formal complaint with the BBB. We left the dealership on 8/5/24 thinking wow what a pleasant car buying experience boy was I wrong. Oh they will sell you a car. After good luck. I had a service warranty. The car was wrecked back in Dec 2023. I talked to a person about getting a refund. He said he had to tell the warranty company and when everything is approved we will be getting a refund in about 4 to 6 weeks. Well the weeks go by and no update. If I could give this place service and parts department a negative number I would. Skip has been trying to help but every time I call it’s another excuse. Oh! The technician that’s working on your car is sick, someone died, he’s not in blah blah blah. If I could talk about every excuse in the book from the system going down to the technician not being available. It’s ridiculous. The Taos 2022/2023 should be recalled before someone is killed. My complaint is against the service department. I purchased a VW Taos in October 2023. Since then I have had three cracked windshields in the same general area and the same pattern. The last crack occurred in less than a month following replacement. I replaced the windshield on June 24, 2024 and again it cracked July 19, 2024. As long as I don't replace the windshield it doesn't crack again. I got a brand new VW Jetta. The process was painless, costs upfront, no hidden fees, very good people. ***** and **** were very helpful during the buying process. ***** was great explaining all the finance options and warranty. I totally recommend to get your car at Muller.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed. Im having a baby in 2 months so needed a dependable vehicle. Chose this place out of everywhere because of all the good reviews. They are not very ethical, they did not say that they will charge anything for inspection, then they said most of the work will be covered under warranty, and they wanted to do more work like changing spark plugs and oil change and ********* change and filter change and pollen filter change and all these will add upto close to 1000 dollars and then they said warranty will not cover so asked close to 300 more and then when I said I will do my work elsewhere, they wanted another 190 now that they never disclosed, They are not ... read more
