Great regular servicing on my 2018 Atlas. Honestly, with the amount of people going in and out all day, I don’t know how they can keep such a positive and friendly demeanor from morning to night. I surely would struggle to do so. Nice folks, solid service, and fair pricing. Bought two cars from them and would easily buy a third when that time comes.

Purchased 3 cars from there. UPDATE 11/30/2020: Service Dept continues to be the Achilles heal of this dealership. I brought in one of my classic VW’s to be worked on. Found it on social media disclosing the work I was having done on it yet when I got it back, problem wasn’t resolved. I spoke with Matt Williams (Dir of Service) and we’ve decided to part ways. I had a 930 appointment today for them to change the water they put in it before I bought it to antifreeze. it's now 510 I just got my truck back and it's still full of water. I hate I bought a vehicle from there. I've never had worse service in my life. straight in the door one of the reps wanted to argue with me about a vehicle he doesn't own or help pay for. so now after 7 hrs I still have to take my vehicle to someone else because they refuse to fix the issue. I wouldn't recommend autonation to my worse enemy

Minimal brakes needed replacing for about 6 months and an urgent ball joint stripped out and making driving a loosy-goosey thing was diagnosed and shown to me in the garage by an amazing technician! Other items needed but I decided on the necessary for the budget and these no-pressure people here made it easy and simple! Simply the BEST team to work with and communicate with! I continue to receive emails asking me to “review” AutoNation VW and I would love to give a positive review but can’t. We are still missing a head rest, floor mats and a key that we were promised they would mail to us 3 weeks ago. No one seems to be able to help and the salesman won’t return phone calls or texts.

We purchased a Volkswagen Atlas yesterday at AutoNation and it was a most enjoyable experience. Our sales team consisted of EdwardNolan and Aaron Dunford.
