I had an extremely disappointing experience with AutoNation VW Columbus GA. The Sales Manager gave me an offer that I accepted. I paid a $1,000 deposit and made arrangements to finalize, pay in full, and arrange transport to me. I was awoken at 7 am the following morning. The General Manager, Ms. Lonnie Hanna went ballistic and refused to honor the deal! Apparently "he was new". Wow, wish I had that out when my managers did something I didn't like. I had a miserable experience with the GM, Laurin Hanna. I originally worked with Ben, a salesman on an incoming Golf R and Richard Stodhill, the Sales Manager. Ben said they were selling $5k over sticker when I called. I told him I'd think about it. A couple hours later I received a written quote from the Richard, the Sales Manager. I dropped off our Volkswagen Jetta TDI to this location in September of 2021. In their possession the vehicle was left unlocked, dented and open allowing water to flood the interior. The vehicles electronic components have been waterlogged and compromised. The pictures I have clearly show mode growing on every surface of the interior.
