I spoke to them on a saturday and had no way to get up there when I found the KIA on line and I swear during the credit check and getting everything in order to sign the contract the follow monday and yes this is the God honest truth the price went up 1000 dollars from saturday morning to saturday afternoon . I am giving these criminals a one star cause it wont allow me to give no stars . After a nightmare of them not following through their promises on several suvs and and truck the nightmare continues a year later . I tried to purchase a silverado it was a worn out piece of shit and never did what they promised to do. Exchaged it for a 07 ford explorer . I didn't end up viewing this vehicle as I bought another but the staff was very helpful and polite.
Dealer was very responsive and cordial. No haggle price made it tough but a clean, no pressure discussion. Wanted to make the sale but understanding of our budget.

Arrived at dealership and the person said the car was not available anymore. Why couldn't they have contacted me to inform me before making a trip out there? They just wanted me out there to sell me another car. Shady tactics. Horrible communication.
