The purchase experience was fine. But the aftermath was a disappointment. When buying a car from AutoNation St. Louis, make sure you are happy enough with the car that you don’t need any follow up work. Make sure it does not require a return visit. Return visits and follow up maintenance are an afterthought for these guys. They want to move as many cars off the lot as possible and won’t fulfill their agreements. I spoke to them on a saturday and had no way to get up there when I found the KIA on line and I swear during the credit check and getting everything in order to sign the contract the follow monday and yes this is the God honest truth the price went up 1000 dollars from saturday morning to saturday afternoon . I am giving these criminals a one star cause it wont allow me to give no stars . After a nightmare of them not following through their promises on several suvs and and truck the nightmare continues a year later . I tried to purchase a silverado it was a worn out piece of shit and never did what they promised to do. Exchaged it for a 07 ford explorer . we had the greatest experience with Autonation USA. Our salesperson Jalen was the best, as well as Joe Balboa, and financial manager Patrick. They worked with us, they answered our questions.
