I have purchased a BMW from this location 3 years ago. Ali Reza is the finance guy convinced me to buy protection plans that he supports. I did. Now, I have an issue with the protection company which is VERITAS GLOBAL, and I go to him, asked for help, he told me that his supervisor will call them and he will let me know. It’s been 3 days. Nestor was great. He showed great customer service and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Came in for a window tint and it was done after one hour. Flawless tint job!
My service advisor, Carlos, was great to work with and I love the Toyota Care offering. It is wonderful to know my first two years of service are included (at no cost) and that they still get me in and out within an hour. My appointment was for 10:30 and they were ready for me.

I can't rate Autonation on it's own. I also have to rate Toyota. The customer service provided by my advisor was excellent. However, Toyota charging $522 for a spare key fob is extremely expensive.
