I had an appointment at Autonation for my 5,000 mile check up at 8:30 on August 6. Ricky the tire expert first explained the process and checked my tires. He was very efficient and friendly. Then Paula introduced herself as my business contact. She explained the points that would be checked and told me my car would be finished in less than an hour. I initially was going to post a 5 star review of our experience when we bought, unfortunately now I cannot. We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Weston in December 2024 and was told it was in full working order. Just six months later, the battery died. When we contacted the dealership, we were told it was not covered under warranty. We had no choice but to replace the battery at our own expense.
