I have had the worst experience ever with AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. The men that work in the used sales department are rude and condescending to women and Hispanics. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder with only 51,800 miles. I had it in their service department two weeks after purchase because it was smoking bad out of exhaust. Turns out it has engine problems/ sludge build up from previous owner. They refuse to exchange the defective vehicle saying they would repair the problem under the 90 day warranty. Excellent service department. They extremely busy and at times hard to reach, however they do the right thing! They accepted fault in a situation with my niece a car and needing a new engine. They came to an agreement with us to do the repair and we cover the cost of the engine. ************************* the service manager is a gentleman and handled everything with poise! Simply the best place to service a Toyota. The bi-lingual new guy Mr. Hernandez is great. I've dealt with everyone at that dealership, and it's amazing how much better they get everytime I go. Even the new guy Collin is amazing. Whoever made him a manager, deserves a ton of credit. WOW, just WOW !!
Auto Nation insisted that a reverse my review before they would do a diagnostic test on my car to see what's wrong with my car. I will be talked to like that or reverse a review until I know for sure that they will do something for me after they let my coolant spray all over my car because is was very hot.
