I was looking to have only the brake pads replaced and called your service department, where I spoke with Keisha. She quoted me $625. I received another quote from a different Toyota dealer for $330. When I asked about the huge price difference, she said it included the rotors. I explained that I only wanted the brake pads replaced, not the rotors, but she was unwilling to provide a price for the pads only. Unfortunately, you’ve lost my business. Very poor service.
Bought my first car from here and Jax was my car salesman she was wonderful, very helpful, and patient! She got me the best deal! Thank you Jax!!

Even though I had to bring the car back for something that was originally done in August, I must say that all of the staff was especially helpful and fixed the problem. A special shout out to Ken Hashiguchi, the service manager, who was especially helpful. Real customer focused.
