Customer service was amazing, Matthew explained step by step what needed to be done with my car and communicated updates via text frequently. He was very friendly and even stayed after hours to help me rent a car while my car was being fixed in the shop. I also love the customer waiting lounge which has air conditioning, comfortable seats, free popcorn and water. Everything was overall quick and easy which helped me stress less.
I had an excellent experience at AutoNation Toyota Irvine. I especially want to recognize Bahador, my salesperson, and his manager, Don, for their outstanding customer service. Bahador was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was never any pressure, and he truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle.
