I’ve taken many vehicles to their service center; 4 Corolla Hybrids from work and my personal vehicle, GR Supra, and Rejinald is my go-to service advisor. He always takes a great care of my cars; always communicative, on top of the status updates, and always transparent. Their shuttle drivers are awesome too, always pleasant to talk to. Can’t be happier.
The communication between Javier and myself was very much appreciated. He explained everything so good.
First time dealer service was exemplary. The first time I had my Camry serviced at another close by dealer it was my worst dealer experience and I was there for a minimal new car service for hours. This was completely different. The service department was well organized and efficient.
Fast good service
Rather careless: found a loose small panel tossed in my trunk that I had to place in the one of the inside walls inside the trunk myself.
