I wanna give thanks to Axle. I was turning in my loaner and had my son. I was struggling to take him out, remove the car seat and install it in my car one handed. Axle came up and asked if he could help in anyway, he held my son as i installed his carseat. It meant a lot. Thank you for going beyond.

Although I enjoyed the purchasing experience here a few weeks ago for my 2026 Land Cruiser, the maintenance service is horrible. I will not return to this location for service. Far too many issues. You should definitely seek Toyota and other service elsewhere. The day after leaving the lot with the new vehicle, the external body molding on the driver-side door came off. I stuck it back on and came in two weeks later to have it re-bonded. I was told this was a warranty repair and would only take a little time, but I’d be give... read more
