Although I enjoyed the purchasing experience here a few weeks ago for my 2026 Land Cruiser, the maintenance service is horrible. I will not return to this location for service. Far too many issues. You should definitely seek Toyota and other service elsewhere. The day after leaving the lot with the new vehicle, the external body molding on the driver-side door came off. I came here for oil change as scheduled, as always they let you wait in the car for at least 15 mins or more , service advisors most of them you can tell they tired of working in non busy dealership so they can make better commission on selling you fake service , lied about the shuttle going to take out customers. And its already 8 am when i got there ,the owner of this franchise should change the policy so they can bring more customers in. Never come here
Experience is was easy and simple, also very fast. Our sales person Ahmad Majzoub helped us and answer every question perfectly and also reached us about benefits we didn’t know about Toyota. Glad we purchased our Camry at this place. My mom wants a 4Runner and now we know who to look for .
