Terrible service from I'm guessing the only service woman outside Roxanna I came for just a simple appointment my husband scheduled, and Roxanna was so rude checking me in rushing as if I was wasting her time trying to rush me just to talk to a man who was parked behind me who I assume had an appointment as well. As soon as she rushed me, she took her time with the young man I guess she only wants to give nice service to men. I took my 2024 Corolla in for its "6 month tire rotation, pressure check, fluid checks, etc.". I made an appt. for 9 am and didn't leave until 10:30. 1.5 hours for something I could've gotten done at Discount Tire in 15 minutes. They didn't put air in tires; a month later I got a low tire pressure warning and when I went to Discount Tire, all 4 tires were low. I don't know if I'll go back for service. I would give them a F-. Took my 2021 Tundra in for its 20000 miles service. Darlene was our advisor. No problems whatsoever. Was in and out in the time she gave us. Darlene was willing to go over our next service would entail and what our options were. Great service. Highly recommend
