i bought a new Rav4 which is a great car! at least it was before they went turbo/cvt. they gave me a good deal $3000 off the sticker price. No complaints there. But DON'T EVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE !! Warranty ok but don't let them sell you stuff you don't need even if they say you do. I took my tundra there for timing belt and water pump which was a fair price. I bought a 2025 Camry Hybrid SE, I had to have one of the black strips on the roof replaced, They called me and said the part was in and made me an appointment for 8:00 . I arrived ay 7:45. They did not finish my car until 9:45. Two hours for a job that could not have taken 1 minute to do. I think that anyone would agree that that was absolutely terrible service.

Seriously, I would rate 0/5 for all the customers make sure to check all the documents and details before getting to a deal. I experienced a lot of discrepancies when it comes to my car loan amount and they don't care about it since they already got what they need. I feel bad because they take advantage of me as a new car owner. BEWARE!!!!! SWINDLER ALERT!!!!

AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers, the biggest fraud there is! They deliberately lie to the consumers. They sold me a Toyota Tacoma that was nothing like the picture of the actual truck when received. This is a disgrace; I will never buy from this dealer and would not recommend anyone to buy there.
