DO NOT TRUST AUTONATION TOYOTA CERRITOS! After two day of phone calls about a car, a video call looking at the car, two emails confirming it was reserved for me, a call from the dealership manager saying he looks forward to meeting me tomorrow, AFTER I BUY A ONE WAY PLANE TICKET TO GET THERE, salesman AHMAD ALASSADI texts me at 11pm the evening before I fly down and the text reads “Hi Steven The car is no longer available.” They owe me the cost of my plane ticket!

We had a relatively good experience with AutoNation. We did have to wait quite a while for finance, but in their defense it was an extremely busy Saturday. We left to have dinner and got a call when finance was ready for us and from there it took less than 1 hour. Our salesperson George was very accommodating and I have to give Kudos to the Manager - Danielle! She was great and even called me to the next day to see how my daughter liked her new car. She LOVES it! Thanks to the AutoNation team! Much appreciated.

Super service. Even though i came in late Sat afternoon and they were very busy, they were able to service my car. All of my services have been done here and I have never had a complaint.

My experience at AutoNation Toyota Scion was the best and only one I've actually ever had. They made me feel welcomed, the paper work was quick and easy, and everyone there greeted you in a polite and happy manner.
