DO NOT TRUST AUTONATION TOYOTA CERRITOS! After two day of phone calls about a car, a video call looking at the car, two emails confirming it was reserved for me, a call from the dealership manager saying he looks forward to meeting me tomorrow, AFTER I BUY A ONE WAY PLANE TICKET TO GET THERE, salesman AHMAD ALASSADI texts me at 11pm the evening before I fly down and the text reads “Hi Steven The car is no longer available.” They owe me the cost of my plane ticket!

I highly recommend AutoNation Scion Cerritos to anyone they have the best customer service! Their team is very friendly and helpful. Just got my new Toyota Camry 2015 from them. Thanks to our sales representative Sagar Timalsina he was very helpful, energetic and above all else trustworthy. Him and our finance manager, Capone helped us out and gave us a reasonable price. Im happy I decide to make my final purchase at AutoNation Scion Cerritos. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE....I DECIDED TO BUY MY FATHER A USED F150 FROM HERE, ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF LATER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME UP AND THE WINDOW DID NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. I TOOK IT BACK FOR THEM TO FIX IT, SINCE MY FATHER ONLY ADDED ABOUT 150 MILES SINCE HE BOUGHT IT. SERVICE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $780 TO FIX IT. THIS IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF. Not the way it should go – I called everywhere looking for a price on a silver Toyota Prius. I can't stand when I get the run around... I already had visited a few dealers and this dealership was not the best experience. Why can't salespeople tell me something about the car other than they are "hard to get" "they get 60 mies per gallon" or we don't make anything on this car.. Toyota selling Unsafe Cars Again. – Buyer Beware, Toyota Selling UNSAFE Cars Again!!!!! I bought a car from this Toyota Dealer thinking i would get a safe reliable used car. Awesome!! – I came to Toyota knowing I would get a great car but wasn’t expecting to recieve the best service ever. I am a server and I know a thing or two about service and let me tell you, Power Toyota is on point. From the greeting to the test drives, the annoying questions I kept asking and all the headache of financing. They kept their cool the entire time and never once seemed to be bothered by all the hassle I put them through. I am definitely happy with my purchase.

Very Dishonest Dealer-- Caution – My husband and I purchased a new Sienna van (which we love) from this dealer and we experienced multiple, serious and dishonest problems with the dealer . New Motor – Great Experience. I had a problem with my window motor in my new Toyota Camry, Chris was a great help, he had it fixed in no time at all. He knows what he is doing and does a great job with keeping you up to date with the service time. Dropped it off in the morning had it back when I was off work. I will return to the service department at Power Toyota Cerritos and going directly back to Chris with any questions or work that needs to be done.
