Horrible Service Experience!!!! I emailed the General Manager (Chafik Amrani) previously but they never replied. I brought my 2024 Tacoma in for 2 recalls on 11/24/2025. The next day my girlfriend drove to Tampa. On her return trip she noticed the brakes were not responding as normal. A few minutes later a warning light came on stating "low break pressure". I strongly advise anyone considering McDonald Toyota in Greeley to look elsewhere. The customer service has been consistently unacceptable. When issues arise, there is no support. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and any form of follow up is nonexistent. The lack of communication alone makes the entire process far more stressful than it should ever be. I’m a loyal Toyota customer with three vehicles from this manufacture, and I pride myself in taking care of my vehicles. I recently took my Toyota C-HR to the Principle Toyota dealership in Hernando, MS for a routine oil change. This is the ONLY place that I have EVER taken this vehicle for an oil change. The only mechanics that have ever changed the oil for me in this vehicle was at this Toyota dealership.
