Best purchasing vehicle experience ever had!! Sales Consultant Brian Elmore was completely helpful and to the time to answer all of my questions. Personally emailed me and checked back in, wasn't pushy but respectful. Highly recommend KEN GANLEY if you are looking for new or used vehicle.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Toyota Capitol Expressway in San Jose this is the first time my son took his car here, we took it there because it had good reviews online, but this place was terrible, I will never go back there again, the service advisor was no help at all, and when i ask to speak to a manager he said oh hes not in. I dont even know if they know what they are doing there.
This is my second time having to deal with Turnersville Toyota's service department, after buying a $2500 bumper to bumper Toyota platinum warranty, that I was told was no different than the original warranty. The first time I brought my vehicle in for the air conditioning. I was told by the service writer, it would cost me $280 to hook my vehicle up to their machine. City World Toyota tricked and stole $500 from me as a fee for calling progressive to get a quote for me. The lady lied to me that progressive was charging me a penalty for cancelling policy sometime ago. They never discussed how much they will charge. Progressive charged $389 and Auto Consult inside City world charged me $500 for the five minutes work which i could do myself in 3 minutes. I told Luke by text on Aug 30 that I was on my way and he said he would be busy and he would have his partner mark pascual help me. I showed up at the dealer with my fiance and the guy mark is eyeballing her and asking her multiple questions. At first I didn't think anything of it because they are both of the same nationality.
