The customer service was very helpful and professional. My car was done fast and he explained everything very clearly and diligently.
I am sorry, I don’t want to give you one star. But yesterday I was treated horribly. I worked with Kyle. I brought my sienna in for its 60k service. My appointment was at 9:15, I showed up at 9:17. When I spoke with Kyle, he said it would be done after lunch time. I said, “ok, I have to leave here no later than 2:15 to make sure I can pick up my daughter at school. Jezeriah is amazing, I have worked with him on service for my vehicle for 6 years now. He is consistenly on top of everything, always courteous and helpful. He delivers on communication, excellent service, and makes me feel valued every time we interact. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The service attitude is enthusiastic. After the car was repaired, it felt much easier to drive and the air conditioning returned to normal. Very good technology
