I had a really positive experience my last 2 times getting service here and also had an initially good visit this past week when I took my car in for an oil change/service. The customer service rep that handled my car during the service was very good. However when I got home from the dealership, I realized 2 of the 4 bike wheel trays on my bike rack were gone. Finally got the car I’ve always wanted! Huge thank you to Arvin Mercado for all the help throughout the process. I really appreciate how he kept me updated. His communication and customer service were truly top-notch! Highly recommend!

I took my car to Toyota Arapahoe for a scheduled service appointment and specifically called afterward to add another service so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip. I was told it would be added to my appointment. When I picked up my car the next day, I found out the additional service was never completed because the message was never relayed.
