They are corp they don’t care, bad workers. Don’t ask for your new car to be clean, they will tell you to quit complaining. The retailers are very bad here.

Service advisor that helped me was very helpful, but the service manager was not. Came in for a vehicle covered under manufacturer warranty to look at some potential warranty parts/ change settings on vehicle & the service manager turned me away (advisor had to tell me) & insisted I call Toyota directly. Called toyota while on-site with the service advisor & Toyota was able to verify the vehicle is covered bumper to bumper. Absolutely five stars for Ryland! He was fair, transparent, and patiently answered all of our questions throughout the process of buying our Sienna.
