Last week I had my first service appointment with Auto nation Subaru. They were quick and careful with servicing my new Forester, and were incredibly polite and efficient. They sent me videos of the engine and the under carriage, explaining what they checked and what they found. Very interesting! To top it off, they even helped me sync my new phone to the car, and they washed it!!
As always, Raj kept me updated on service status, any unforeseen delays and issues. Water and coffee available in the waiting area, chairs comfortable, I do wish they had more snacks. I ended up staying for some time on this visit. Overall though, I am always pleased with the treatment at Subaru.
My husband and I just had a wonderful car-buying experience at AutoNation Subaru in Roseville. We were looking for a small, zippy car to drive in the city and went to Subaru with the intent of just looking to narrow down the range of choices. We ended up driving home in a zippy new Crosstrek.
