Abysmal. Zero stars. I'm pushing 50 and this is my first time ever leaving a negative review - the worst service I've ever gotten in my life. My regular mechanic told me there's a warranty extension on my car so I need to take it to the dealership - I went there today at my appointment time and they said they have no idea what I'm talking about (even though I had paperwork to prove it) and wanted $180 to investigate. The EV chargers here are not well maintained. They only slow charge, and when scanned to attempt to activate fast charging say “charge point not found,” indicating a lack of communication between the dealership and the charger companies. This is advertised as an available station to customers investing in EVs and is actually massively inconvenient.
Got brought here through AAA after my tire went flat. While they didn’t have the tire I needed for my Kia Soul, they helped me find what I needed down the road and then installed it in 15 minutes. Plus, they were beyond friendly and kind the entire time… Highly recommend this location!
