I received a mailer from Subaru regarding a federally mandated safety recall and brought my vehicle in for repair. I was told the recall could not be completed due to a faulty infotainment unit that needed replacement and that the part would be ordered. What was presented as a three week timeline turned into four months of me repeatedly chasing the dealership for updates. Oscar and the whole team were super conscientious of my time and very friendly and polite. I felt heard throughout the whole process, and they worked hard to make sure I got the best deal! When I found a better deal elsewhere, I checked in with Oscar and I am so glad I did! He beat the better price I found and no other dealership could compete with his offer.
