Quick and easy they got me in and out super fast and the reports were thorough.
I don’t think I’d buy another suburu . Have a 2019 suburu forrester very well taken care of and just seems like it’s just falling apart with only 85K miles on it . Side passenger mirror needed replaced twice . The sun visors breaking . The side of the chair now coming apart . I just wouldn’t recommend if you want them to last .
The experience was a mixture of good and bad. We came to see one specific car and the sales man was almost offended because we were disappointed by the shape of the car. The sales man was not someone I would recommend. He was not very helpful. He brought us a set of paper and just initial each page then walked away. No explanation of what I was signing. Our closing last helping me sign paper was amazing. She explained everything and talk to me like a person. The salesman treated us like a number and nothing more
The service at the branch is exceptional! I would highly recommend Brain Brown to sort out your next car. His service, knowledge and warmth is over and beyond what I expected.
