I’ve been going to Arapahoe Subaru since 2014 with somewhat inconsistent customer service experiences in the service department. Today, my visit was a very positive one. I was able to get an appointment within one day of looking into setting up an appointment and this morning when I got to the dealership about 20 minutes early for my appointment, I was greeted by my service advisor, Nathaniel, who checked me in immediately, walked me through my request, and then updated me on how things were going while I waited. Overall, the sales experience was great — no pressure, friendly service, and a fair price on the exact Tacoma we wanted. That part was smooth and appreciated. What held back a fifth star were two issues: First, the truck came with a topper, but no keys for it. That meant we couldn’t access the bed or even open the tailgate. The dealership said they reached out to the previous owner but couldn’t locate the keys. Unfortunately, there was no offer to help cover the cost of a locksmith to replace them. One of the worst experiences with a dealership. Probably the most unprofessional place I have been to, no communication, low standards, and little to no regard for treating people with any kind of consideration or respect. Definitely will not be using any of the Auto Nation dealerships for any of my purchases.
