The staff and employees are friendly and do their best, the issue is their service scheduling system. I feel for their employees because the past 3 visits they are scrambling to correct their system that has consistent issues. Number one they only have 2 people in house that take calls the rest are outsourced to a call center. The call center lacks the ability to understand the service center hours or dates. 2 times in a row my times were incorrect wasted gas going there. My wife brought her car in for an AC problem. The dealership charged us a nonrefundable $400 fee just to look at the car. We were assigned Michael Culbertson who was condescending and rude and did everything he could to scare my wife into spending more money. We will not be coming back to this dealership for anything in the future.
Mom from bayarea. I flew to Chandler AZ to help my son buy a used Honda. AutoNation Honda dealership' sales prep ( very professional and patient prep.) Victo Z helps us and got us an awesome deal! Then we meet with the dealer finance Manager Mo Faragallah, his an Outstanding Finance manager! also got us an awesome loan deal with great warranties.
