My wife brought her car in for an AC problem. The dealership charged us a nonrefundable $400 fee just to look at the car. We were assigned Michael Culbertson who was condescending and rude and did everything he could to scare my wife into spending more money. We will not be coming back to this dealership for anything in the future.
