Won’t price match in the parts department to their corporate AutoNation parts.com website. Apparently managers orders. Paid double for an air filter that I could’ve got off their corporate parts website had I known sooner. Now I’m stuck with a part that I overpaid for because “my manager said so” overpriced parts save yourself the time and money and go direct to the AutoNationparts.com website and save yourself a trip here
BEWARE. autonation is part of a huge nationwide scheme where they act dumb. In in my case. They charged me momey for a part I didn't recieve. Good luck getting in touch with someone over the phone because it's virtually impossible. Then. After 3 months they charged me again. So do not enter your billing information on the website. They rely on people who dont pay attention to their bank statements.

The staff and employees are friendly and do their best, the issue is their service scheduling system. I feel for their employees because the past 3 visits they are scrambling to correct their system that has consistent issues. Number one they only have 2 people in house that take calls the rest are outsourced to a call center. The call center lacks the ability to understand the service center hours or dates. 2 times in a row my times were incorrect wasted gas going there.
