Paul was outstanding, this isn't my first time working with him and definitely will not be my last! I told him exactly what my car needed, and he never pushed me to something I didn't need or was out of my budget! He even arranged a way for me to get home safely while they worked on my car. He one of main reasons I keep coming back! If you need someone serious but also can crack a joke Paul is your guy!!
My experience was good as usual
Very satisfied with the service provided and the updates given throughout the process.
Top of the line service and care for my vehicle by Service Advisor Champ!
I had a great experience at Nissan Pembroke. I personally want to thank Joseph Michel and Orlando Novas for all their help, support, and outstanding service. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle, which was dealing with a serious issue after I had already spent a significant amount of money. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention, and willingness to help. Excellent service and highly recommended!
