Received text from Amanda (who I later learned was an AI service) offering oil change special, multi-point inspection and complimentary car wash: I accepted the offer and was given a time and date appointment for the service. I was greeted by Travis who checked me in and promptly told me they don't honor the car wash, that it was an AI generated text and brushed it off as nothing. Good dependable service including advising on things they found that need servicing.
The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. My experience is always top tier. I no longer live near this location but travel further for the exceptional service.
