My appointment was scheduled for 10 and I left at 1:30. That seems like a long time to wait for an oil change and a tire rotation. However, fortunately Asia, a fantastic sales representative kept me occupied. When I buy another car there, I would definitely like her to be my salesperson. She is super friendly and knowledgeable without seeming pushy. Definitely an asset to the organization.
