I was having major AC issues with Nissan Maxima. After dropping it off, they discovered the issue within a day or two, authorized the repairs, only to find another issue. Luckily, my warranty covered the entire amount. I would personally like to thank Derek and the young lady that kept me updated regarding my repairs, I believe her name was Lasondra or Lashondra . This was my second time taking my car to this location for a repair and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Service Advisor was personable and answered all my questions. Very friendly staff
I had a great service experience at Dobbs AutoNation Nissan; overall the team did a great job replacing my tire. Sonya, and Eran did an excellent job!! But just some good feedback with all of these advances in technology the service advisor should re-review with customer any additional services recommendations.
