**** S I have had issues with my 2022 Rogue with Tire pressure issues a broken motor mount, also Radio issues. They change Service advisors every other day. Battery issues, and other with electronics dash problems. During oil changes do not check everything like an air filter.. wow....
THEY SAID CAR WAS AUTONATION CERTIFIED .I BOUGHT A $2000 IN MAINTENANCE NEGLECTED LEMON AND I OUT $4000 DOWN .STAY AWAY .TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE
The worse service ever. My daughter bought a car and they sold the car first before paying it off it took two months to pay it off and then we are now on three months and no plates or registration. When you call them you get the same thing over and over again someone will call you back or we are working on it and waiting for them to proceed it . Or they just hang up on you . Sales *********************** , *** from financing and ******* as well . I ask everyone to read this and would advise going to another dealership!!!
I bought a vehicle in May 2020. I bought the vehicle out right. I was told my paper title (that I paid for) would be mailed to me. It has been over 2 months and I haven't received anything. I reached out to Auto-nation Nissan and just kept getting the run around. Apparently the state is no longer mailing out paper titles. Which is fine I get they have no control over that. Terrible customer service! I would never purchase a car from them ever again. Never in my life have I dealt with people this rude and irresponsible.
cancelled my gap insurance in may. still on my september bill.said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. went back in middle of july. oh they didnt send it in.still being charged for the insurance and the interest.never again at this dealership
