From the time we walked on to the lot, to the end of our purchase of a 2017 Nissan Murano, David Lewis, our sales person, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The facility is warm and welcoming and we felt like we became part of a family.
These people are a bunch of liars. They changed their story about 20 times, cannot do math and do not know how to tell the truth. I was interested in purchasing a Armada they told me prices and said to come down and then they had a dealer Armada they were selling cheaper because it was a Demo that the GM had used. The people I worked with were very low-key and low-pressure, and were exceptionally willing to work with me on my terms. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! I warn you. Service department commit down right fraud. Took vehicle in for service and they tried to charge me for something that was already included in my service. Service rep later realized his mistake, but later called me that they cracked my radiator and needed to be replaced. They charged me for a new one. This dealership is fast to sell but not fast on any service related issues. They sold us two brand new units one was missing a sun visor. We were told to just come in the next day and they would quickly pop one one in for us. They gave us an IOU for the visor. When we called about the part we were told to order it ourselves. 3 weeks later we still cant get the visor. Power Nissan Chandler AZ - Worst Dealer in America - Bar None – Don't do it! Worst car dealership in Arizona. Drove car off the lot, 2 days later we bring it back due to engine vibrating. They tell me it needs NEW MOTOR MOUNTS! I just bought the thing! They supposedly did an umpteen million point service and DIDN"T KNOW THE MOTOR MOUNTS WERE BAD!!
